Enthält: Gegenstand der Auseinandersetzung ist eine Erbrente von einem halben Malter Roggen, die auf dem Anwesen von Frau Schloßels haftet. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Hofstatt mit zugehörigen Ländereien in Mödrath, die sie einst von den Erben von Michael N. aus Mengenich erworben hatte. Diese Rente hatte sie von N. Forst aus Blatzheim gekauft, der das Geld an Scheiffs Mutter weitergegeben und zusammen mit seinem Hab und Gut den Scheiffs Erben in Lauffenberg für seine Leibzucht übertrug. Diese sollen nun den Kauf ratifizieren oder aber sie, Anna Schloßels, entsprechend entschädigen.
