The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. In the sources, the persecutee is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
