Inhalt: Werner von Bortfelde, Propst, Veit Hüseke (Vitus Huszeke), Prior, und Kapitel des Stiftes zum Hl. Geist verkaufen an den Stiftsintersassen Heinrich Grützmacher (Hinrick Gruttemaker) in Perwer und dessen Ehefrau Margarete eine Rente von 1/2 Wispel Roggen, alljährlich zu Ostern aus dem Kornhaus zu reichen für 40 Mark Pfennige Salzwedeler Währung. Nach ihrem Absterben soll ihr Todestag alljährlich mit Vigilien und Seelenmessen begangen werden. Stirbt Heinrich Grützmacher vor seiner Ehefrau Margarete, so soll diese als Schwester im Siechenhause Aufnahme finden, im umgekehrten Falle soll Heinrich im Stift unterhalten werden. Die Rente von 1/2 Wispel fällt beim Tode eines der beiden Ehegatten an das Stift zurück.
