Hauptstadt München in Oberbayern bekennen: Ludwig Rockhenstuel, Schleifer und Bürger zu Reidlingen, hat für seine Hausfrau Anna Gebhardt, Tochter des Niclas Gebhardt, fürstl. Dieners auf der neuen Schwaig, Münchener Bürgers selig, und seiner Hausfrau Elisabeth, die noch lebt, um Beurkundung ihrer ehelichen Geburt und der Freiheit von Leibeigenschaft gebeten. Hans Schmid, Loder (= Verfertiger von Loden), und Michael Vischer, Kellerer des Herzogs Ferdinand in Bayern, bezeugen eidlich, dass Anna Gebhardt die eheliche Tochter des genannten Ehepaars ist. Michael Vischer ist auf der Hochzeit, welche in der Münchener Pfarrkirche eingesegnet wurde und bei der Mahlzeit auf der neuen Schwaig persönlich als geladener Gast zugegen gewesen. Anna Gebhardt ist als geborenes Stadt- und Bürgerskind niemand mit Leibeigenschaft unterworfen, wie ja die Münchener Bürger von dieser Bürde befreit sind, und wer anfangs damit behaftet ist, nach häuslicher Einwohnung von Jahr und Tag nach altem gefreitem Herkommen der Stadt der Leibeigenschaft ledig wird.
