Johann Kreyer und dessen Frau Anna Claes, Burger zu Telgte, nehmen bei Clara Margaretha von Diepenbrock, verwitwete von der Berschwort zur Dieckburg, 50 Rt. auf, die sie zu ihrer Hantierung anlegen wollen und mit 2 ½ Rt. zu verzinsen versprechen. Als Sicherheit stellen sie ihr Haus und ihren Garten in Telgte, die zwischen Bernd Immenkamps und Bernd Gerdings Häusern liegen. Außerdem stellen sich als Bürgen Everhard Claeß und Gertrud Boeckers, Eheleute, bei Verband ihrer Güter und insbesondere ihres Hauses, nebst Bohlen Hof gelegen, und ihres Gartens auf dem Altenhagen, der zwischen Hermann Udemanns und Johann Seilings Gärten liegt. – Zeugen: Jodocus Schmising und Everhard Baumheuer.
