Regest: Otto Woringen, Vogt des Amtes Brüggen, sowie Mattheis Hartges und Jakob Laaden, Schöffen, beurkunden, daß Mattheis Butz, Vorsteher zu Amern-St. Anton, für dieses Kirchspiel am 15. Juli 1797 zur Bezahlung von Kontributionen und Requisitionen von dem Händler Johann Heinrich Printzen 500 Reichstaler geliehen hat, jeden zu 80 Kölnischen Albus gerechnet. Diese Anleihe ist am 26. Februar 1798 von den Beerbten Jehles Steemans, Johannes Mathias gen Hehn, Johannes Theißen, Johann Weffers, Johannes Thoerschen, Andreas Rosendahl, Frau von Roth, Albert Genenger und Theodor Cohnen genehmigt worden. Die Schuldsumme muß künftig alljährlich am Christfest mit 4 v.H. verzinst werden und kann beiderseits ein halbes Jahr vor diesem Termin gekündigt werden. Zum Unterpfand für das Kapital und die verfallenen Zinsen steht das gesamte Hab und Gut aller Eingesessenen von Amern-St. Anton. Actum Brüggen. Abschrift. Das Original, ausgefertigt durch H.G. Sybertz, Gerichtsschreiber, war mit den Siegeln des Vogtes und der Schöffen versehen.
