Regest: Vor Ludolph Vroye, Richter, und Dietrich ("Thidericus") van den Verste, Proconsul, in Coesfeld ("Cosveldia")bestätigen Gottfried Cobbinck und seine Ehefrau Gertrud, dem Ritter Gottfried von Lembeck ("Gotfrido de Lembeke"), seiner Ehefrau Jutta und dem Goswin von Lembeck, Sohn des Gottfried, und deren Erben den Hof genannt Kobbinckhof mit allem Zubehör und Liegenschaften sowie das Holzgericht ("iudicio lignorum dicto holtgherichteet ")für eine bezahlte Geldsumme verkauft zu haben. Die Verkäufer haben auf alle Rechte an dem Hof verzcihtet und Währschaft geleistet. Auch haben sie auf das Erbrecht an dem nun von Gottfried und Jutta von Lembeck bewohnten Haus verzichtet. Zeugen: Detmar Valken, Drost ("dapifer") in Horstmar, Heinrich Sticken, Heinrich Besselinth, Freigraf ("vrigravio") des Herrn Hermann von Merveld, und andere glaubwürdige Personen. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
