Enthält: Vor dem Rat in Warendorf schwebt ein Rechtsstreit zwischen der Witwe Henrich Hesseling, geb. Else Bocksilver, und dem Johan Hesseling, Johans Sohn, wegen des Tropfenfalls. Auf Ersuchen des Rats in Warendorf vernimmt der Rat in Münster am 12. Oktober 1611 den Lic. der Rechte Johan Block in Münster als Zeugen. Block ist 50 Jahre alt; seine Frau ist die Schwester des Johan und des Henrich Hesseling; er und der Bürgermeister Georg Hesseling haben die Parteien früher schon einmal zu einem Vergleiche gebracht.
