Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die Lehngüter, womit der verstorbene Eckhard von Petershain und nach ihm seine Tochter belehnt worden waren und welche die Letztere mit Zustimmung des Lehnsherrn an den 1534 Belehnten verkauft hatte, nämlich Petershain [Wüstung in den Gemarkungen Meisenbach und Buchenau, Gem. Haunetal, Lkr. Hersfeld-Rotenburg] mit dem dortigen Wald und allem Zubehör, Holz, Feld, Wasser, Weide, Acker, Wiesen, aller Nutzung und Freiheit, ausgenommen Hochwild, Wildpret und Wildbann, die dem Landgrafen von Hessen vorbehalten sind, zu rechtem Lehen. Der 1534 Belehnte sollte die Wüstung und den Wall zu seinem Sitz ausbauen. Beim Heimfall des Lehens sollen die von dem 1534 Belehnten aufgebrachten 280 Goldgulden Kaufgeld den Erben wieder ausgezahlt werden.
