Auf der Rückseite einiger Fotos befinden sich mit Bleistift und Fineliner geschriebene Notizen, möglicherweise von Frau Mitschke.
Das Potrait von Anna Hartmann weist mehrere Flecken auf. Bei der größten Aufnahme von Mathias Danz hat der Karton begonnen sich in zwei Teile aufzuspalten. Die Postkarte mit den Geschenken als Motiv ist vor allem an den Rändern stark verschmutzt, möglicherweise durch Fingerabdrücke. Die Briefe von Elisabeth Hügel sind stellenweise verblasst und schwer lesbar. Die Fotografien von Wilhelm Danz und seiner Familie sind auf der Rückseite mit rotem Fineliner beschriftet. Zum Teil sind sie fleckig oder klebrig. Das Foto mit Elisabeth Danz und einem Kind weist schwarze kreisrunde Beschädigungen auf der Vorderseite auf.

BZK no.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
