Vor Johan Bisschopinck, Richter der Stadt Münster, verkaufen Herman tor Helle und seine Frau Else an Johan Weckman, Rektor und Inhaber der Vikarie St. Jacobi zu St. Martini, eine erbliche jährliche Rente von 2 overl. rhein. Goldgulden für 40 derselben Goldgulden. Die Rente ist jährlich zahlbar zu Michaelis (September 29) aus ihrem Wohnhaus in Münster auf dem Lappenbrincke und aus einem danebenliegenden Haus, zusammen zwischen Häusern Johan Messeman und Johan Kalker, sowie aus ihrem Kamp am Yodevelder Essche, zwischen Kämpen Johan Demmer und Herrn Hinrich Plantestaken. Die Verkäufer sowie Johan Buteman geloben Bezahlung und Währschaft. Der Richter siegelt. Zeugen: Johannes Themmynck und Aleff Upndall, Bürger zu Münster.
