Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Reinhard [von Weilnau], Abt von Fulda, bekundet, dass den Brüdern Johann, Konrad und Berthold (Tolde) Achand von Johann [von Merlau], Abt von Fulda, früher ein Gut in Eichenzell verpachtet worden war. Diese Hufe verleiht Reinhard nun an Katharina, Witwe des Heinrich (Heinz) [von] Sassen, als nächste Erbin der Achand, nachdem sie ihm ihre Kaufurkunde vorgewiesen hat. Zur Hufe gehört auch das Nachbarschaftsrecht (gebure recht). Dafür leistet Katharina in Zukunft an Vogtbede ein Achtel Weizen, ein Achtel Hafer, 30 Pfennige an Michaelis [Semptember 29] und 30 Pfennige an Walpurgis [Mai 1], zwei Sommerhühner und zwei Fastnachtshühner.
