Bestandsgeschichte: Die Helingsche Verlagsanstalt, Lortzingstraße 15, ist im Leipziger Adreßbuch von 1927 erstmalig nachweisbar. Sie befand sich im Eigentum von Hanns Horst Kreisel, dem ebenfalls der Hanns-Horst-Kreisel-Verlag gehörte. Nach seinem Tod übernahm 1943 Martha Marianne Kreisel bis zu deren Auflösung beide Firmen. Die Helingsche Verlagsanstalt existierte wahrscheinlich bis April 1970. Wann der Hanns-Horst-Kreisel-Verlag aufgelöst wurde, konnte anhand der vorliegenden Unterlagen nicht ermittelt werden. In den letzten Jahren der Überlieferung wird er nicht mehr erwähnt. Die Geschäftsunterlagen beider Firmen gelangten für die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Aufbewahrung von 10 Jahren an das Dienstleistungskombinat, Abt. Beleihung/Einlagerung. Zusammen mit anderen Firmenunterlagen wurden sie von dort 1982 an das Stadtarchiv Leipzig übergeben. Die Bearbeitung des Bestandes erfolgte ca. 1982/1983. Der Bestand enthält Geschäftsunterlagen von der Verlagsanstalt und dem Verlag.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
