Das Haus gehörte 1561 dem Albert Rupe und lag damals zwischen Häusern des Gert Ocke und Berndt Frie, vordem gehörte es dem Berndt Brinckhus. Das Haus ist von dem Schuldner verkauft an den Notar Herman Bordewick. Gläubiger: Johan Rupe, Bruder des Schuldners, und dessen Ehefrau Katharina Huge; Lic.
