Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Franz Anton Graf von Losenstein (Losenstam), Dompropst von Passau, Leopold Khuen Graf von Lichtenberg und Gandegg, Domdekan von Passau, Johann Franz Ferdinand Graf von Herberstein (Herberstain), Senior des Domkapitels von Passau, und das ganze Domkapitel von Passau verleihen Bernhard Gustav, Kardinal, Abt von Fulda und Kempten, Erzkanzler der Kaiserin, Abtprimas von Deutschland und Frankreich, Markgraf von Baden[-Durlach] und Hochberg, Administrator von Siegburg, Domherr von Köln und Straßburg die durch den in Rom 1673 Oktober 16 eingetretenen Tod des Grafen Johann Anton von Oettingen erledigte Präbende. Durch den Tod in Rom ist die Kollation von Kanonikat und Präbende an den Papst gefallen, die Provision von Kanonikat und Präbende und die weitere Verfügung darüber liegt jedoch beim Domkapitel. Das Domkapitel vertreten durch den Domdekan hat Bernhard Gustav durch seinen Prokurator, Georg Ottenhauser, Chorvikar am Dom von Passau, durch Überreichung von Buch und Birett in den geistlichen und weltlichen Besitz von Kanonikat und Präbende investiert und in den tatsächlichen Besitz eingewiesen; es verspricht Bernhard Gustav den Schutz seiner Rechte.
