Enthält: Gegen den Besitz von Laurenz Baum liegen erneut zwei Klagen vor. 1. Am 3.10.1690 beschweren sich Wilhelm Weirich und Michael Schieffer, dass ihr Schwager Laurenz Baum die aus der elterlichen Erbteilung angefallenen 3+2 Holzgewalten schon sieben Jahre lang allein für sich in Anspruch nehme; sie bestehen zweitens auf den 29 Rtlr, die ihnen bei der Abrechnung [gemeint ist wohl: des Erbes] zugesprochen worden waren. Schließlich fordern sie die Rückerstattung von 45 Rtlr, die sie für das an Laurenz Baum übertragene Haus bezahlt hatten, da sie nun für die von Baum nicht geleisteten Zinsen von 6 Rtlr 60 Albus an das Hospital von Groß-St. Martin in Köln, die auf dem Haus standen, regresspflichtig gemacht würden. 2. Johann Hamecher bittet, den Kauf von 5 Viertel Ackerland, die er aus dem Besitz von Laurenz Baum ersteigert hatte, zu realisieren ("zu manuteniren undt respective zu handthaben"). Der Beklagte Baum hatte offensichtlich versucht, das Land wieder einzulösen. Er habe aber nur 32 statt der 36 Rtlr Kaufgeld und ein Sester Roggen der Frau des Klägers "gewalttätig" überbracht. Hamecher bestreitet aber auch grundsätzlich dem Beklagten das Recht auf die "Reluition" [= Auslösung].
