Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Henne Hoppe stellt Landgraf Ludwig zu Hessen wegen seiner feindlichen Handlungen gegen das Kloster Haina eine Urfehde aus, wonach er weder dem Landgrafen noch Land und Leuten Feind werden oder Schaden zufügen will. Bei einem Verstoß dagegen soll er sich auf Mahnung durch den Landgrafen oder seine Amtleute bis zur Genugtuung zu Marburg oder auf ein anderes ihm benanntes Schloss in Gefängnis geben. Er darf sich weder von Papst und Kaiser noch von anderen geistlichen und weltlichen Fürsten und Herren daraus lösen lassen. Siegel Junkers Heinrich Riedesel und Junkers Volpracht Schabe.
