Enthält: Anna Catharina von Randerath, Äbtissin des Klosters Neuwerk, klagt gegen den Herrn von Dunckel, dass er 25 Rtlr, die ihr +Bruder [Jacob von Randerath?] dieses Jahr [an Pacht oder Pensionen, s. Nr. 877] auf den Brucker Hof zu empfangen habe, mit Arrest belegen wolle, und zwar mit der Begründung, einen solchen Geldbetrag habe der von Randerath vor einigen Jahren einem seiner, Dunckels, Kinder bei der Taufe versprochen. Die Klägerin behauptet nun, dass er um dieses Geld gar keinen Prozess in der von ihm angestrebten Weise ("ab arresto uti executionis specie") führen dürfe, zumal es sich um eine Personalforderung handele, die er bei der Obrigkeit und nicht am Kerpener Gericht geltend machen müsse. Sie bittet daher, den unrichtigen ("praepostere") Arrest zu cassieren und den Beklagten an die entsprechende Instanz zu verweisen.
