Herr Johann Schutze, Altarist des St. Peters- und Paulsaltars zu Altmünster, verleiht durch seinen Mompar Schele Cuntzichin vor Richter Johann Granß zu Erbe Cuntze Pergamenter das Haus und Erbe gen. zum Neuenhaus ("Nuwenhuse"), in dem Kirschgarten, hart an dem von dem genannten Beständer bewohnten Haus, gegen 18 Tornosen Zins, fällig dem Altaristen je zur Hälfte auf Michaeli und Ostern oder binnen Monatsfrist. Der Zins hat bisher 21 Tornosen betragen. Der Beständer legt ferner zu Unterpfand das von ihm bewohnte Haus und Erbe zur Schüssel ("Schußeln") und den Flecken hart daran, gen. zum Löffel ("Leffel"); das Haus zinst 16 Schilling Heller den Weißen Frauen, der Flecken 12 Schilling Heller. Zeugen: Hans Koch zur Kacheln, Bartholomeus der Metzger d.A. und Johannes Kohlenträger ("Kolndreger"). "Datum a.d. millesimo quadringentesimo quadragesimo octavo, feria quinta proxima post dominicam Exaudi."
