Inhalt: Dompropst Baltasar von Neuenstadt gestattet mit Zustimmung des Domkapitels (Dekan Johann, Senior Sievert), daß der Vikar des Altars S. Marie-Magdalene, Johann Wrede, ein Haus im Düstern Graben zwischen den Vikaren Heinrich Bodmer und Friedrich Hertogen von Johann Schake, der es bisher zu Lehn gehabt hat, für 32 Mark kauft. Johann Wrede und seine Mutter bewohnen es, solange sie leben. Nach ihrem Tode fällt es an die Vikarie und zahlt dann jährlich 1 Rh. fl. Erbenzins auf Martini an den Dompropst. Bei Wechsel der Propstei und der Vikarie 2 fl. außerdem 1 Ferding dem Baumeister, der ihn denen geben soll, die das Heiligtum vom Hochaltar in die Kirche und zurück tragen.
