Enthält: Nachbarstreit zwischen Herman Rost, vertreten durch Prokurator Konrad Hülsbusch, und Johan von Wulffen 1627, wegen einer Brunnengerechtigkeit. Am 9. 2. 1628 werden durch den Lic. Johan Alerts und den Notar Henrich Brochtrup als stellvertretenden Sekretarius als Zeugen vernommen der 60 Jahre alte Schneideramtsgildemeister Wilhelm Palsering und die 80-jährige Anna Wegman. Das Haus des Wulffen gehörte früher Harpenschleger, dann Hüsing; Wulffen hat eine Hülsing geheiratet; dahinter liegt Berschworts Haus. Aus dem Hofe des Rost führt hinter Wulffens Haus ein Gang nach den Bommelwachen (?). Erwähnt werden Gertrud Akens, die in der Nähe auf dem Bült geboren ist; Evert Kohte, der in Johan Kaldeweis, jetzt Rosts Haus vor Jahren gewohnt hat; der verstorbene Arnold Langeneich und der verstorbene Severin Stoltenkamp.
