Enthält: Arnoldt Zaun und Catharin Kremers, Quirin Zaun und Theele Vaßbenders, Eheleute rsp. Brüder und Schwägerinnen, berichten, dass im vergangenen September, während der in Köln grassierenden Pestilenz, durch den Tod ihres Neffen Diedrich Pflugs ihnen, ihrem Bruder und ihren Schwestern und anderen per Testament ein Erbteil an dessen Ländereien zugefallen war. Da sie selbst nicht kommen können, diese Erbgüter einzufordern und in Besitz zu nehmen, beauftragen sie Michael Effler, den Ehemann ihrer Schwester bzw. Schwägerin Catharina Zaun, in ihrem Manen und Interesse zu handeln und alles, was zum Antritt des Erbes nötig ist, auszuführen. Sie geloben demgegenüber, sein Vorgehen zu billigen und gutzuheißen und ihn für allen Kostenaufwand zu entschädigen. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
