Enthält: Johann Anton Frantz, Gerichtsvollzieher beim Landgericht Aachen, wohnhaft in Nideggen, befiehlt Ferdinand Curtius, zur Zeit wohnhaft bei Joseph Vonderbank in Froitzheim, früher in Geilrath, innerhalb von 2 Tagen dem Antragsteller oder ihm selbst folgende Summe zu zahlen: 130 Reichstaler als Rest des ausstehenden Zehntels, 2666 Reichstaler 40 Stüber als überständiges erstes Drittel des Kaufpreises vom 11. November 1822, eine "ähnliche Summe" für das ebenfalls rückständige Drittel des Jahres 1823, 800 Reichstaler ohne Berücksichtigung der neuen Zinsen, zusammen 6263 Reichstaler 20 Stüber Kölner Währung oder 4818 Taler 28 Silbergroschen 6 Pfennige, ohne die sonstigen Ausgaben wie Gerichtskosten. Nach Ablauf der Frist sollen bei Nichtzahlung Mobiliar und Effekten des Curtius beschlagnahmt werden. Curtius hat, um keine Unwissenheit vortäuschen zu können, Kopien und die Originalakten des Gerichtsvollziehers erhalten. Gerichtskostenabrechnung über 2 Taler 9 Silbergroschen, 9 Pfennige.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
