Fallbeschreibung: Der Lehrjunge des Kl.s hat ausgelernt und hat ein Angebot, als Geselle nach Lübeck zu wechseln. Bekl. weigern sich wegen des anhängigen Prozesses mit Jochim Schröder jedoch, den Lehrling auszuschreiben, weshalb Kl. um ein Strafmandat auf 50 Rtlr an Bekl. bittet, ihre Amtsgeschäfte ordnungsgemäß zu führen. Das Tribunal verweist den Fall am 20.03.1722 an den Rat.
