Enthält: Der Rechtsstreit zwischen Peter Wihrt und Johann Wolters währt schon mehrere Jahre. Am 13.7.1688 - wohl ziemlich am Anfang - bescheinigt das Gericht dem Kläger, dass der Prozess zulässig sei, weil beide, entgegen einer vom Gericht irrtümlich angenommenen Ansicht, im Kerpener Gerichtsbezirk Besitz haben und damit unter die Zuständigkeit dieses Gerichts fallen. 1694 wird abermals Peter Wirths (nicht näher beschriebene) Forderung behandelt, über die bereits am 22.1.1689 ein Dekret zur Zwangsvollstreckung (Realexekution) auf die Pensionsschulden, die ihm als "haeredi mobiliari" zustehen, ergangen war. Trotz einer dreitägigen Fristsetzung war damals aber nichts erfolgt. Das Gericht, das derzeit ohne Schultheiß ist, aber eine Entscheidung zur Vermeidung größeren Schadens und Kosten nicht aufschieben will, spricht dem Kläger erneut die damals zugeteilten Posten zu und weist den Gerichtsboten zur Zustellung des Vollstreckungsbefehls an.
