Regest: Hans Saur und Henrich von Suchtelen (Süchteln), Schöffen des Gerichts zu Bacharach, bezeugen, dass Wendelinck Balwein, Bürger zu Bacharach, mit Peter Heß, Bürger zu Stegh (Steeg) ihren Mitschöffen, ein Stück eines Wohnhauses samt einem Stück Garten dahinter und einem dazugehörigen Ausgang, der bis an den gemeinen Weg abgesteint ist, und die Pforte am gemeinen Weg, die mit Johannes Kalen gemeinsam zu gebrauchen und im Bau zu halten ist, gegen eine Wiese im Nidenthall in der Loricher (Lorch) Gemarkung und zwei ”wuest“ oben davor und auf der Wiese getauscht hat. Die erstgenannten Güter hat +Jacob Kaell zeit seines Lebens gebraucht und sind benachbart (stignoes des hauß) nach dem Rhein zu Peter Hes, nach dem Wald zu Johannes Kaell und zinsen jährlich 1 Gulden 6 Albus und 9 Heller dem Pfarrer Kirchenzins; die Wiese stößt an die Lorcher Gemeine Hecke und ist unten mit Anthis Kuiß oben mit Daniel Baues Erben benachbart. Es siegeln die beiden Schöffen. Geben uff Simonis und Jude tagh im 1570. jhar. Org. (deutsch) Perg. Reste von 2 Siegeln an Perg.-streifen. Rückverm. (17. Jh.): diß ist der Brief von wegen der Gerechtigkeidt, die durch Johannes Schneidters Haus gedt, daß er macht hedt dardurch zu Scheffen fas bieden Kelterhals und alle dag dardurch zu gehen, laut protocolli Folio 47 et 49.
