Beschreibung: Silbermedaille der Weltausstellung 1894 in Antwerpen, verliehen an die Orgelbaufirma Mamert Hock.
Avers: Im Mittelfeld eine Weltkugel mit Lorbeerzweig, darunter das Hauptportal des Ausstellungsgeländes, darüber das Wappenschild von Antwerpen. Umschrift am Rand: " EXPOSITION UNIVERSELLE D'ANVERS - 1894 - WERELDTENTOONSTELLING VAN ANTWERPEN.
Revers: Nach rechts gewandtes Kopfportrait des belgischen Königs Leopold II. im Profil. Umschrift am Rand "LEOPOLD II. ROI DES BELGES". Unter dem Kopf die Signatur des Medailleurs "JUL[ES] BAETES SCULPT.".
