Als Sicherheit dient das neue Haus und der Grund und Boden in Willich mit einer Fläche von etwa einem Morgen klevisch, welches Hückels von Plattes gekauft hat, wobei der Kaufpreis in den 200 Reichstalern inbegriffen ist. Aufgesetzt am 26. September 1835, eingeschrieben in das Hypothekenregister am 29. September 1835.
