Enthält: - Gutshaus Obermützkow (3 km S von Niepars und 10 km W von Stralsund) Das Gutshaus ist ein zweigeschossiger, 9-achsiger Kompaktbau mit Satteldach, glatt verputzt und völlig baulich entstellt. Der Mittelteil in 5 Achsen war vermutlich ursprünglich über die Traufen mit seitlichen Pfeilern überhöht. Dort befindet sich auch ein Drempel mit Lukenreihung. Das Haus steht auf hohem Kellergeschoss. Zum hofseitigen Eingang führt eine einläufige Treppe. Hinten befindet sich eine Terrasse mit gusseiserner Brüstung. Im Umfeld noch mehrere Speicher, Stallungen, Wiegehaus, Teich und Park. Reste des alten Gutstors von 1746 sind noch vorhanden. Rittergut ; 1928 Wilhelm Helms.
