Zum Beweis legen die Parteien dem Gericht eine Reihe Dokumente vor: - ein Schuldschein von Johann Heinrich Schieffer für +Caspar Müller über 9 Rtlr, die Müllers Sohn Thoniß auf dem Werth mit Billigung seiner Schwester zahlen will, 13.8.1670; - gerichtliche Bestätigung und Quittung für einen Erbkauf zwischen Anton [Thoniß] auf dem Werth (Käufer) und seinem Schwager Johann Bey (Verkäufer) über Güter für 14 Rtlr, 14.12.1670; - Quittung für Clara auf dem Werth über Schuldabzahlungen aus dem Erlös für ihr verkauftes Haus über 134 Rtlr 26 Albus, ca. 1672; - Schuldbekenntnis von Caspar auf dem Werth für Moses Jud anlässlich eines Tauschs Pferd gegen Kuh; für die Restschuld von 14 Rtlr versetzt er Moses eine Gewalt Holz, die er von Heinrich Orbach aus Köln erworden hat, o. D. (mit Unterschrift der Ehefrau Mechtild und einem hebräischen Rückvermerk); - Rechnung von Thoniß auf dem Werth über die für seinen Vater Caspar abgezahlten Schulden, ca. 1680; - zwei Quittungen Heinrich Schiffers an Thoniß auf dem Wert für die Zahlung von Schulden seines Vaters an Schiffers Vater, 2.11.1685 und 1.1.1687; - Aufstellungen der Schuldforderungen von Clara auf dem Werth und ihrem Ehemann Johann Bey, 14.1.1688; - Gerichtsakten (Dekret 4.11.1687, Protokoll 14.1.1688).

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
