Enthält: Am 6.8.1759 hatte Friederich Butgen, Müller zu Mödrath, dem Kloster St. Elisabeth in Köln 300 Rtlr Kapital für 13 1/2 Rtlr Zinsen jährlich, zahlbar am St. Laurentiustag [10.8.], verschrieben. Schon von 1775 bis 1777 war er mit 40 Rtlr 39 Albus im Rückstand. Nach einer Klage am Kerpener Gericht wurde er schon am 5.10.1777 zur Zahlung aufgefordert. Mehrmals erhielt er eine Fristverlängerung, so auch am 10.3.1778 um weitere 12 Tage. Anscheinend zahlte er das Geld bis auf 8 1/2 Rtlr zurück, blieb aber 1778 und 1779 wiederum die Zinsen schuldig. Am 14.9.1779 wird er daher abermals gerichtlich aufgefordert, das Kapital einschließlich der jetzt verbliebenen 35 1/2 Rtlr zurückzuzahlen oder den Umschlag der Unterpfänder hinzunehmen.
