Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die Flecken oder Dörfer Dehrn [Stadtteil von Runkel, Lkr. Limburg-Weilburg] und Oberroßbach [Stadtteil von Haiger, Lahn-Dill-Kr.]. Im Juni 1557 hatte Philipp Landgraf von Hessen mit Wilhelm Graf von Nassau[-Dillenburg] und dessen Sohn, [Wilhelm], Prinz von Oranien, einen Vertrag geschlossen betreffend die Ansprüche der Grafen von Nassau auf die Grafschaft Katzenelnbogen und das Erbe des verstorbenen Wilhelm [III.] des Jüngeren, Landgrafen von Hessen. Laut des Vertrags trat Landgraf Philipp seinen Anteil an der Grafschaft Diez, nämlich ein Viertel, mit Zustimmung des Lehnsherrn, des Erzbischofs von Trier, an die Grafen von Nasssau ab, durfte aber die beiden genannten Dörfer oder Flecken mit allem Zubehör behalten.
