Regest: Bewandten Umständen nach und dem bisherigen Herkommen gemäss soll der Spohn als ein Meistersohn bei der Metzgerzunft behandelt, auf- und angenommen werden. Wer sich wider diesen obrigkeitlichen Bescheid aufhalten und demselben nicht papieren wird, der soll andern Widerspenstigen zum Exempel empfindlich gestraft werden. Da dem Magistrat die heutige Aufführung der interessierten Ratsfreunde sehr missfällig gewesen ist, so wird zwar jedem solche ernstlich verwiesen, dabei aber, um Weitläufigkeit abzuschneiden, resolviert (= beschlossen), dass die gefallenen Reden ex officio aufgehoben und keinem Teil an Ehre und gutem Namen nachteilig sein sollen.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
