Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Münster verkaufen dem Ratsherrn (Unserem mit Rahtsfreund) Wilhelm Otterstede (Otterstedden) eine jährliche am Katharinentag (25.11.) zu leistende Rente in Höhe von 24 Reichtalern (gute Reichs= oder alte thaler) für 400 Taler "hauptsumb". Die Rente soll beginnend 1535 aus dem Gruethaus geleistet werden und die Stadt setzt dessen Einkünfte und Gefälle als Pfand ein. Dem Käufer wird ein Klagerecht beim Reichskammergericht eingeräumt, um ihm notfalls "mandata Executorialia oder Immissoriales" zu seinem Recht zu verhelfen. Den Verkäufern wird der Rückkauf gegen Zahlung der Hauptsumme zum Fälligkeitstermin gestattet; wobei die Verschreibung ein halbes Jahr zuvor aufgekündigt werden muss. Der Aussteller kündigen das Stadtsiegel und die Unterschrift des Stadtsekretärs an. Eigenhändige Unterschrift unter der Plica: Henr.
