Enthält: Bischof Florencius, Propst Engelbert Fransoys, Dechant Wessel Drozete, Scholaster Ecbert Byscopinch, das Kapitel von St. Mauritz, Franco, Rektor des Hospitals vor den Mauern, und Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Münster bekunden, daß Bürgermeister Bernhard Steueninch und die Bürger Godefrid Trauelman, Johannes Voes und Bernhard van der Tynnen, Sohn des verstorbenen Wessel van der Tynnen als Testamentsvollstrecker der verstorbenen Elyzabeth Herinch alias Synkinch der Kapelle des Hospitals vor den Mauern 100 Mark überwiesen haben. Dafür soll der jeweilige Inhaber der Kapelle in den Vigilien und Messen der Elyzabeth, ihres Bruder Thidericus Herinch und ihrer Eltern gedenken und täglich eine Messe lesen. Falls er der Verpflichtung nicht nachkommt oder sich nicht rechtzeitig zum Priester weihen läßt, verliert er die Pfründe. Bestätigt werden die Gründungsurkunde der Kapelle vom 3. August 1350 und die Änderung vom 28. Juli 1368. Die aus städtischen Renten zu zahlende Pfründe von 8 Mark, halb zu Ostern und halb zu Michaelis fällig, bleibt bestehen. Von der Teilnahme am Chordienst wird der Rektor der Kapelle befreit. Angehängte Siegel: Propst, Dechant, Scholaster und Kapitel von St. Mauritz, Rektor Franko und Stadt Münster. Das angehängte Siegel des Bischofs Florencius ist ab.
