Enthält: Vor Schultheiß und Schöffen des Kerpener Gerichts treffen die Schwäger Johann Wilhelm Nolden, Johann Fuhrenholdt mit ihrem Schwiegervater in ihren Unstimmigkeiten um die Aussteuer folgenden Vergleich: Johann Heinrich Schieffer übergibt seinem Schwiegersohn Johann Wilhelm Nolden sofort 1 Malter und 1 Sümmer Weizen und vier Malter Gerste und zahlt ihm innerhalb der nächsten vierzehn Tage noch 27 kölnische Tlr. Der andere Schwiegersohn Johann Fuhrenholdt erhält sogleich ("in continenti") an Stelle eines Bettes mit einer Bettstatt 16 kölnische Tlr und 8 Malter Roggen, 10 Malter Hafer, 4 Malter Gerste und 2 Malter Weizen. Johann Heinrich Schieffer lässt noch hinzusetzen, dass die Vereinbarung, dass jeder Schwiegersohn an Stelle einer Hochzeit (d. h. eines Hochzeitsfests) vom Schwiegervater 30 Tlr fordern könne, die er im Nachhinein im Heiratsvertrag schon widerrufen hatte, kassiert bleiben sollte. Die Parteien gaben sich damit zufrieden und unterschrieben mit dem Vorbehalt der noch fehlenden Zustimmung durch den anderen Schwiegervater Hilger Wallraff.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
