Enthält: Im Prozeß des Conrad Draetz c/a. Michael Roeßbergh wurde 1617 Mai 16 geurteilt, daß Roeßbergh weitere Beweise für die Artikel 15, 29 und 30 seiner 1616 September 13 eingereichten Schrift einbringen solle, dann erst werde geurteilt. Vor 8 Tagen traten auf Bitten des Draetz die Schöffen zusammen und beschlossen, die Zeugnisse Roeßberghs beim nächsten Gerichtstag abzuhören. Anwalt des Roeßberg erkennt den Beschluß an und übergibt Beweismaterial, so clausulam extractam, unterschrieben von Hanß Segers 1607 April 3, sowie Rechnungen und Abhandlungen betr. das Schöffenlehen aus den Jahren 1605 und 1606. Bittet um Zeugenvernehmung des Marten Clieffgen, Pastors zu Lachen, Hanß Segers, Johann Jaixens und Peter Esser für die gen. Artikel, Hanß Segers noch besonders für die Rechnungen. Die mit der Sache Vertrauten, Herr Schultheiß sowie die Schöffen Conradt Jaxen und Adolph Brauen, sollen ebenfalls referieren. Behält sich weitere Schritte vor und erwartet Mitteilung darüber, ob der Gegner mit schneller Befragung einverstanden ist.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
