Er lässt das Land in die Hand Graf Johanns von Oldenburg-Delmenhorst (comes de Oldenborch et Delmenhorst) auf im Dorfe Ollen (Oldena) vor seinem Quartier (ante hospitium sue habitationis). Bürgen sind: Hermannus de Heyne, Nycolaus Buller et Thidericus de Honovere famuli. - Der Graf, der den Verkauf bekannt macht, siegelt.
