Darin: 1672 Sept. 23 Stuttgart; Das Hofgericht zu Tübingen entscheidet in dem Streit zwischen der Stadt Stuttgart (Kläger) und den Erben des Reichskammergerichtsassessors David Berger (Beklagte), daß das Privileg des Grafen Ulrich von Württemberg von 1459, wonach für den Adelberger Hof nur 4 fl Steuern jährlich zu zahlen seien, bestehen bleiben soll. Die Erben sollen 429 fl rückständige Anlagen und für die zum Adelberger Hof dazu erworbenen Güter (Stöckersche Behausung, Stumppische Hofstatt und des Eberhardt Walckers gen. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
