Johann Dunne, Bürge von Münster, verkauft die von ihm von Rotger Torck und seiner Ehefrau Nelle erstandene, auf St. Martini fällige jährliche Rente in Höhe von 2 Rheinischen Gulden - geleistet aus dem Gut Oesterman, Bauerschaft Sommersell, Kirchspiel Enniger (Oestermans gude to Zomersel ... to Enigher) und aus dem Berghof, Bauerschaft Eickel, Kirchspiel Vorhelm (Berchove to Ekel ... to Vorhelm = vermutlich der spätere Hof Bergman) - für 36 Gulden an die Witwe des Walter Heirde (seligen Wolters Heirde nalatene husfrouwen), Else Heirde. Der Aussteller schwört Währschaft und kündigt sein Siegel an.
Original Pergament Niederdeutsch, gut erhaltenes Siegel anhängend. Mit zwei Stichen an der linken Seite mit der Urkunde vom 7.1.1467 (AUS Nr. 61a) verbunden.
