Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Landgraf Philipp von Hessen bekundet, dass er Antonius von Wersabe am 30. März 1553 ein Mannlehen von 4.000 Gulden verschrieben hat, das von der Rentkammer mit 200 Gulden jährlich verzinst werden soll bis ein Gut im Wert von 4.000 Gulden frei würde. Nun erhöht der Landgraf in Ansehen der Verdienste des Antonius das Mannlehen um 2.000 Gulden und verschreibt die Hauptsumme von 6.000 Gulden auf Stadt und Amt Helmershausen, woraus eine Rente von 300 Gulden fallen soll. Wird ein Gut im Wert von 4.000 Gulden frei, soll Antonius die restlichen 2.000 Gulden auf einem anderen Gut in Hessen anlegen und dem Landgrafen auftragen.
