Als Intervenient zugunsten seines Vaters ist zudem der Sohn Heinrich Wilhelm Krudwigs, Schultheiß in Schwarz-Rheindorf, in den Prozess eingetreten. Zur Anhörung eines Gerichtsbeschlusses nach der Einholung des Votums eines unparteiischen Rechts"rats" erscheint vor dem Schultheiß Schreiber zwar der Kläger weisungsgemäß zum angegebenen Datum. Der Beklagte und Gegenkläger und sein Sohn bleiben trotz Ladung ("ad emanatam citationem") der Sitzung fern. Dem Kläger wird auferlegt, sich zu dem vom Beklagten und seinem Beistand eingebrachten Vergleichsvorschlag ("recessus submissionis") und die darin enthaltenen gegenseitigen Vereinbarungen ("con- als reconventional"-Posten) und die umstrittene Transaktion näher zu erklären. Er erhält auf seinen Wunsch hin sofort eine Kopie des Dekrets.
