Enthält: Der Kirchenmeister legt Widerspruch gegen die Klage ein: Es gehe zwar nur um 20 Rtlr, aber die Kirche habe dafür nur ödes und wüstes, verlassenes Land als Unterpfand erhalten. Aus der Original Obligation mit Kirchenbuße gehe unzweifelhaft hervor, dass die Hypothek trotz des vom Gegner angemaßten Kaufs und Verkaufs bestehen bleibe und die seit einigen Jahren rückständigen Zinsen bezahlt werden müssten. Der Kirchenmeister fordert daher den Umschlag auf die Unterpfänder ohne Rücksicht auf die allzu törichte Klage ("ineptissima querela").

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
