Vor dem Richter des Münsterschen Bischofs Ottos IV. von Hoya (Otkon Bisschops to Monstere), Bernd Kerkerinck (Kercherinck), verkaufen die Witwe des Kürschners Johannes Busseken, Grete (zelghen Johans echte vrouwe busseken des pelsers), und ihre Tochter Gisela (Ghese) der Witwe des Seilmachers Hermann Durjar (Hermans echte vrouwe Duorjar de gordelmeker) eine Erbrente in Höhe von 2 Mark Münsterscher Währung für 36 Mark aus dem Haus des seligen Hermann Koppe zu Hörde (Hermannus koppen to Hörde) unweit des Fischmarkts (visschemarckete) zwischen den Häusern des Goldschieds Johannes des Roten (tusschne husen Johannes des Roden de Goltsmede) und des Schuhmachers Schönmar (schonemar de schomeker) gelegen, die hälftig zum Michaelstag (29. Sept.) und hälftig zu Ostern fällig wird. Das Haus ist mit anderen Renten in Höhe von 13 Schilling vorbelastet. Das Siegel des Ausstellers wird angekündigt.
