Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Graf Friedrich Magnus v. Solms bekundet, dass er seinem Rödelheimer Amtmann Kraft Specht v. ßubenheim erlaubt habe, eine Wiese zu Assenheim, die Heinz Stein und dessen Vorfahren schon von den Herren v. Falkenstein innehatten, und die Heinz ohne lehnsherrliche Zustimmung für 120 fi. an Henne Gengolfs verkauft hatte, für dieselbe Summe für sich und seinen Vetter Philipp Specht zu erwerben, doch mit der Maßgabe, den jährlichen Zins von 2 Gulden 10 1/2 Turnos in die Kellerei Assenheim zu entrichten.
