Andler, 28.2.1605: Auf dem Vorderumschlag u.: Ist mir Steph. Gerlach, Universitatis Procancellario, 14.3.1605 praesentiert worden. e. Daneben v.a. Hd.: Vertragen 25.9.1606. Flecks Klage: Als ich im Dez. 1591 mit meiner Frau auf meinem Hof zu Schwandorf war, wurde verbreitet, es habe jemand ein Kind in Unehren vor mein Haus gebracht und sei von meiner Frau mit dem Bratspieß abgewehrt worden. Urheber und Verbreiter des Gerüchts war Dr. Jak. Andler. Bl. 109v: Anna Kneiser, Witwe des Hans Kneiser, Hebamme, 90 Jahre alt, bezeugt: der Maier brachte sein krankes Kind zu Fleck; auch ich wurde zu Hilfe gerufen. Urteil am 18.8.1600: Dr. Andler soll schwören, dass er nichts animo injurandi gegen Dr. Fleck gesagt habe. Er appelliert an den Kanzler.
