Enthält: Im Prozess Hermann Lenartz als Vormund der minderjährigen Kinder Johann Jaixens gegen Peter Kommer, Bürger zu Köln, hatte der Beklagte die am 6.5.1670 auf 36 Goldgulden 10 Albus geschätzten Unkosten nicht gezahlt. Daher war ein Personalarrest gegen ihn verhängt worden. Dem hatte er sich unter Hinterlassung seines Pferdes entzogen. Als Ersatz soll das Gericht nun dessen Versteigerung in Angriff nehmen. Außerden soll es dem Kläger von einer Obligation über 47 Rtlr entbinden und sie für kassiert erklären, wenn der Beklagte sie nicht freiwillig ausliefere. Der Beklagte wird auf Freitag, den 9.10., zur Distraktion geladen. Betreffend die Obligation verweist das Gericht auf seinen Beschluss vom 11.3.1670.
