Das Amtsgericht Fallersleben gehörte zum Sprengel des Landgerichts Hildesheim.
Im Jahr 1879 ist als Sprengel des Amtsgerichts Fallersleben das Amt Fallersleben festgelegt worden (vgl. Preußische Gesetzsammlung 1879, S. 510). Als Wolfsburg - im Jahr 1938 als "Stadt des KdF-Wagens bei Fallersleben" gegründet und nach 1945 in Wolfsburg umbenannt - rasch anwuchs und 1951 die Kreisfreiheit erlangte, wurde zunächst mit Wirkung zum 1. Februar 1955 (vgl. Nds. GVBl. 1955, S.11) eine Zweigstelle des Amtsgerichts Fallersleben in Wolfsburg eingerichtet. Zum 1. Dezember 1957 (vgl. Nds. GVBl. 1957, S. 110) wurde dann das Amtsgericht Wolfsburg errichtet und sein Bezirk von dem des Amtsgerichts Fallersleben abgetrennt.
Im Zuge der Gebiets- und Verwaltungsreform erreichte die Stadt Wolfsburg Großstadt-Status durch die Eingemeindung u.a. der Städte Fallersleben und Vorsfelde, was zum 1. Januar 1974 zur Aufhebung u.a. des Amtsgerichts Fallersleben und entsprechenden Vergrößerung des Sprengels des Amtsgerichts Wolfsburg führte (vgl. Nds. GVBl. 1973, S. 37). Vor Durchführung der Reformen war das Amtsgericht Fallersleben zuständig für folgende Gemeinden des Landkreises Gifhorn: Ahmstorf, Almke, Barnstorf, Barwedel, Beienrode, Bokensdorf, Ehmen, Fallersleben, Grußendorf, Hattorf, Hehlingen, Heiligendorf, Jembke, Klein Steimke, Mörse, Neindorf, Ochsendorf, Osloß, Rennau, Rhode, Rottorf, Sandkamp, Sülfeld, Tappenbeck, Uhry und Weyhausen (vgl. Nds. GVBl. 1962, S. 100).

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
