Regest: Everhart van Schyderich Niclais van Affelen, Dr. beider Rechte, Johann van Berchem und Johan Viveman, Treuhänder der + Paitzgyn van Nechtershem, bekunden, daß Herr Conrait van Hulss, Pastor zu Glymbach, alle Gelder, die er von Faitzgen empfing oder laut den boucken zu Rom für sie ausgab oder Meister Johan van der Nuwenborch ihretwegen von Konrad laut Wechselbrief erhielt oder durch ihn in Wilhelm Kremers Banck zu Rom empfing bis S. Margareten Tag 1493, vollkommen abgerechnet und alle iura und Bullen betr. die + Frau Paitzgyn und den + Johan van Nechtershem einschließlich eines Heiratsbriefes zwischen Johan und Paitzgyn van N., ausgefertigt von den Notaren Herren Wilhelm zo dem Putte van Buderich und Heynrich van Wairb (erg) u.a. Dokumente richtig wieder in die Hände der hiermit quittierenden Aussteller zurückgegeben hat.
