Enthält: Vor Johann Wirtz, Vikar zu Kerpen, leiht Derich Ester dem Carl Priell zu Mödrath 50 Rtlr à 80 Albus und erhält dafür als Sicherheit den folgenden Erbkaufbrief vom 21.8.1733: Anna Magdalena Merckens, Witwe Arnold Wolffs, jetzt Ehefrau Anton Scheiffers, des Küsters zu Efferen, und ihre volljährigen Kinder Johann und Anna Wolff verkaufen ihrem Vetter Johann Carl Priell, Gerichtsschreiber zu Hemmersbach, 10 Viertel Land in mehreren Stücken im Mödrather Feld (die verschiedenen Grundstücke werden aufgezählt und genau beschrieben) für 106 Rtlr à 80 Albus und 5 Rtlr Verzichtgeld. Sie benötigen das Geld besonders für die Auslösung eines ihnen Erbteils aus der Teilung zwischen den Erben Johann Wolffs und Christine Hamechers am 9.4.1723, der in Frechen gelegen und jetzt ihnen zugefallen ist, für den sie aber ihrem Ohm Robert Wolff 100 Rtlr schulden. Um die Bedenken des Käufers zur Vertragserfüllung, weil ein noch minderjähriger Sohn, Henrich Wolff vorhanden ist, auszuräumen, versprechen sie, falls dieser den Vertrag nicht einhält und ihm den Besitz streitig zu machen versucht, dass sie ihm mit Schein und Quittung den Betrag schnellstmöglich zurückzuzahlen. Dafür bürgen sie mit ihrem Hab und Gut. Der gewöhnliche Weinkauf wurde entrichtet und den Armen 4 Albus Gottesheller gegeben.
